Wall Finishes

LOGIX can accomodate any type of wall finish that are used on traditional interior and exterior framed walls. In addition, many finish suppliers make products specifically for insulated concrete forms (ICF). For a list of some of these products see the LOGIX Supporting Products List.

Exterior Cladding

Exterior cladding material including stucco, wood siding, vinyl siding, metal panel siding, stone and brick veneer can be used on LOGIX walls. Carpenter & Oleah Enterprise is certified installer of PERMA•CRETE | Products

Interior Finishes

Attaching drywall to LOGIX is faster and easier than attaching to stud walls. Furring strips (or webs) embedded in LOGIX act as studs for fastening drywall. These webs are spaced twice as close as tradition studs at 8" on center. And since the foam panels provide a solid backing for drywall the joints aren't required to fall on the webs.

Vapor Barrier

The foam panel components of LOGIX have a low permeance that, by code, no vapor barrier is required.
